Mitsuboshi Belting Ltd.
Mitsuboshi Belting Ltd. was founded at Kobe (Japan) in October 1919 as a manufacturer of power transmission belts. It all started with the production of cotton transmission belts. Through continuous advancement and further developments, Mitsuboshi has evolved over many years as a global company in the field of power transmission belts, and today it also provides solutions in the fields of engineering plastics, waterproofing materials, water-shielding materials, and electronic materials.
This success is based on the consistent implementation of our Management Principle "To contribute to society by supplying goods of high performance, high precision and high quality". The three stars in our company logo stand for this philosophy which is also represented by our name Mitsuboshi (Japanese for "three stars").
